Africa must create 25 million jobs every year for the next 25 years. No company exists today to create jobs at that scale. We are building one. Our first milestone is 10 million jobs, each earning $10,000 a year and together generating $100 billion in annual income.

Where we build
We believe that the fastest path to jobs at scale is the digital economy. Digital work needs less investment in roads and ports and is faster to train for. It also earns global income without anyone having to leave home. Every $10,000 digital job creates five more around it.
